Master reset Galaxy Tab 3 from settings menu 



  • Back up all data on the internal memory.
  • From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap the Accounts tab.
  • Under 'Backup options,' tap Backup and reset.
  • If desired, tap Automatic restore to clear the check box.
  • If desired, tap Back up my data to clear the check box.
  • Tap Factory data reset.
  • Tap Reset device.
  • If you have screen lock turned on, enter your PIN or password. Tap Continue.
  • Tap Delete all.

  • Turn off the device.
  • Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
  • Volume Up key
  • Home key

  • When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
  • Press the Volume down key several times key to highlight 'wipe data / factory reset.'
  • Press Power button to select.

  • Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
  • When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
  • Press the Power key to restart the device.

  • From any Home screen, tap Apps.
  • Tap Settings.

  • When the menu appears, press the Up Volume key to select wipe data / factory reset.
  • Press the Power key to select.

    Reset Samsung Galaxy S I9000

    How to reset a Samsung Galaxy S I9000 smartphone


    If your Samsung Galaxy S I9000 freezes or hangs, you may need reset the phone to regain funcionality.

    Soft reset Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000

    Press and hold for 10 seconds a power button (the galaxy S i9000 reboot) if this does not resolve the problem make a soft reset:
    Settings> Privacy> Factory data reset> Reset Phone> Erase everything Press Yes.

    Hard reset Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000


    Turn the power off. If your Samsung Galaxy S I9000 is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it (like show in the picture).

    Hold the Volume Down button, press and release the Power button.
    You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock, select Clear storage by pressing the Volume Down button.
    Press and release the Power button.
    Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO.

    Reset Samsung T239

    How to reset a Samsung T239 phone


    There are two options to reset the phone.

    Master Reset Samsung T239


    To perform a master reset do the following steps:

    At the main screen, select Menu, then scroll to and select Settings.
    Scroll to and select Phone settings and Scroll to and select Security.
    Scroll to and select Reset.
    Select the check box for All.
    Select Reset and press Yes.
    Enter the password and select OK.

    Soft Reset Samsung T239


    To perform a soft reset do the following steps:

    Press and hold the red End key to turn off the phone.
    Press and hold the red End key again to turn the phone back on.


    NOTE: A reset restores the original factory settings and may erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, photos, docs, images, programs, and contacts stored in the internal memory.
